We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the grounds was impressive, and we enjoyed spending time by the pool and using the hot tub Jacuzzi. The convenient location, with Publix and Walmart just a short drive away, made it easy to stock up on supplies. The customer service was excellent, with a speedy check-in process even though we arrived late. This place has definitely become our go-to for Labor Day weekend, and we can't wait to return next year!

It has all the comforts, such as being at home, ideal for those traveling with children, the very large room, the huge kitchen with everything you may need, very clean and comfortable. Nearby has a cvs, publix and an ihop among others. Located in a quiet area, about 20 minutes are the park areas. Ideal for resting, walking areas, play areas for children, very safe.

The hotel was situated in a very convenient location close to all the popular attractions. the pool was great for relaxing in the sun and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The noise level was unbearable and the rooms did not offer soundproofing at all. We could hear everything that was happening in neighboring rooms which made for an uncomfortable night's sleep.

I was impressed with the cleanliness and beautiful grounds of this resort. The hotel facilities were exceptional- two hot tub Jacuzzis and a great pool! Also, the location was really convenient, just minutes away from major supermarkets. The transportation to the parks was fantastic. I loved being next to the lake and enjoying the view.

Nice Amenities and Great Location the property offered nice amenities and was conveniently located near the attractions we wanted to see. Our room was spacious and well-appointed with everything we needed. the pools and splash pad were a nice touch and provided great entertainment for my family. We also appreciated the convenience of the on-site shop for basic essentials.

Poor Room Condition and Uncomfortable Beds Unfortunately, the state of our room was not up to par. the furniture was old and falling apart, there were rust stains, and not enough towels were provided for our group.

Located near theme parks and on Gran boulevard, this hotel has a lot to offer. the jetty at the lake and the beach area are great for taking in picturesque views. the rooms are spacious and have well-equipped kitchens with washers and dryers. Plus, the staff is friendly and the walking paths make for a nice morning stroll.

The beds are reported to be in poor condition, making it tough to get a restful night's sleep.
